From whence shall come our help
Our help shall come from the Lord who made heaven and earth.
Even as the gulf coast has hardly been recovering from the onslaught of Katrina, Rita is on her way. At this point it has been very devastating for people who have lost home, things and the sense of direction.
Even as the seniors were supposedly moving to a safer place most of them have become the first casualties of the hurricane. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have gone heavenward and we reach out to shield those who are suffering with the cover of prayers.
Precious Heavenly Father, we humbly pray that thou protect thy people from the natural calamities. Lord you ordered the winds and they obeyed. We pray that your loving eyes may turn to your people and protect them. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
