Let us continue praying for Jan
Thanks be to God. The surgery was successful and Jan has begun to breathe on her own. In fact she has been moved out of the ICU.
I happened to be there at that moment when she was going through the post- operative pain. In fact, she is still experiencing pain, nausea and has been given several units of blood since the surgery. I admire her faith, patience and courage. May Jesus' healing touch continue to bless her that she may be able to return back to her normal health. Please continue to pray for her full recovery.
Also let us pray for Rev. Ed Knox, Joe Critelli, Karen, Ruth Casey and other members of our parish and all those who are hospitalized. May His healing presence comfort them and make them well again.
